Although the lights have been dimmed and the camera is no longer rolling at Ipoint Studios, the set is still buzzing with action. This fall is packed with retreats that will allow you to dig deep into “The Screen Play,” God’s word, as well as find time to relax and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation at The Point.
Perhaps you have always wondered, “How can I be a part of this ministry?” Well, here’s your chance. Join us for an overnight where we’ll enjoy good food and much needed fellowship in a setting that so many of us have come to enjoy…and an opportunity to serve! This weekend is a gift to all those who are willing and able to help out (literally…it’s free of charge). We will have a variety of projects for all skill levels and ages. If you, your family, or your small group is looking for an opportunity to serve let us know who is coming by completing and returning a registration form. Prayer & Praise
1) We praise God for the opportunity this summer to bring the Gospel to more than 4,300 individuals.
2) We praise God for the work that He is doing in the lives of the campers.
3) As campers and summer staff members continue to settle back into school and jobs, we pray for their transition.
4) We thank God for giving us His Word, the Bible, and for all we learned from it this summer as part of the theme, IPoint Studios.
5) Recently, a 7.3 earthquake struck New Zealand’s southern island. At least two camps reported damage, but no injuries. Aftershocks continue. Please pray for continued safety and uninterrupted ministry.
6) We pray for workers to attend our volunteer weekend, Hands 2 Help, on October 15-16. We have much to do around the site to prepare for the winter season.
