Lead. Love. Serve. These intense two-weeks will serve as a valuable training course in developing students who desire to lead, love, and serve. The first week, you'll learn from two of our experienced staff, and grow together with your team of fellow CIT's. The second week you'll have the opportunity to put into practice what you've learned as an assistant counselor at the Point. If you love Jesus, and have a desire to grow as a leader...you won't regret joining us for this unforgettable experience at the Point.
For those entering 10th grade - first year in college.
HOW IT WORKS: Because CIT's have the responsibility for the well-being of campers,
there is an application and approval process before a camper is admitted as a
C.I.T. The application and acceptance process is similar to our summer
staff hiring process. Follow the link below to apply online:
After you have created an application
account click on “add position” from the dashboard. Select C.I.T. 2017 from the
application period menu and complete all items associated with C.I.T.
application. Once your application is
complete and has been submitted, a C.I.T. reference questionnaire will be sent
to the three references you provided on your application (a pastor/Christian worker,
an employer/teacher, and a non-family adult). Your application will not be processed
until all three questionnaires have been returned to us. A criminal background
check is also required before admittance.
Once you have been
notified of your acceptance into the C.I.T. program, a $75 deposit will be
required within two weeks in order to hold your spot. The final balance for
C.I.T is due two weeks prior to the start of your training week. If you have
any questions as you are completing your application, please email
