Yesterday we welcomed our very last youth campers of the summer! Even though this is the summer staff's last week, it is the ONLY week that these specific campers get to experience what IPoint has to offer this summer. We are just as excited to share the good news of Jesus, our two-crowned King! Not only is it their only week, but for many campers, it is their very first time at Inspiration Point! Even though there is a wide range of emotions on the first day of camp, the Lord has good things in store for each student that arrived yesterday, and we hope that each aspect of camp will help them take one step closer to the One who loves them most!

Campers were introduced to their cabin-leader and cabinmates as they went off into a time called "Whirlwind!" Every camper enjoyed a pizza party where they got to choose their own toppings and create a cabin song in preparation for a time called "Hootenanny!" During this event, they performed their cabin song, learned and sang camp songs, and the Navigators were introduced to their speaker for the week, Ryan Kockelman. To end the night, all campers enjoyed a campfire singing camp songs and hearing encouragement to keep an eye out for what God will do in their lives as they spend time with Him.

Know that the hearts of the cabin leaders are earnestly pouring into these campers and are fervently in prayer for their salvation and growth. Pray with us for the students today as they meditate on God's Word, learn about the King who wears two crowns, and enjoy an action-packed theme dinner! Stay tuned for more updates this week!
