Our first Core Value at Inspiration Point is "remaining anchored in Christ and the Bible." The desire of this ministry and those in leadership is to proclaim the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord and see Him work in the lives of His people. No matter what, we will preach the Good News of the Gospel. It isn't something we simply "sprinkle in," but it is the foundation of every day at camp. That being said, we celebrate the fact that our Navigator 1 campers are spending time in the Word all throughout the day!

This week, our campers are learning day after day what it means to REJOICE in the LORD. On Monday, we talked about the truth that God keeps His promises, so He can always be trusted. Yesterday, we talked about how we can rejoice because Jesus, our Messiah, came to us that we might be rescued from darkness and brought into His kingdom! TODAY, campers are gathering (RIGHT NOW!) with their cabins to learn about how we can rejoice EVEN in our trials. God promises to be near to us in hardship, and He tells us that suffering actually produces things like perseverance, character, and hope in our lives.
