Explorer 5 - Our Final Youth Campers Are Here!

Today marks the beginning of our final youth camp for Summer 2025 - and it's our EXPLORER 5 CAMPERS who have joined us! We are overjoyed to have the week ahead with these 3rd-5th graders. It is clear that many of them have been waiting ALL summer long for their turn to attend camp, so we are ready to serve them, care for them, and give them an absolute blast!

Sundays are all about getting campers acquainted with the way things run at IPoint. Right away after registration, campers were introduced to their cabin groups & cabin leaders. Each cabin got to experience a time called "WHIRLWIND" where they traveled all over camp. They had the chance to enjoy a special "build-your-own-pizza" supper while getting to know one another around the table. Every group visited the pool, learned how the gift shop works, created a cabin song, and took a little camp tour.

A Sunday evening at IPoint would not be complete without "HOOTENANNY," where every cabin gets to perform their song on the stage! Oh, we wish each of you could have seen the smiles! Cabin unity often begins right away as campers get to giggle together as they make such a memory performing together! To close out the night, we took off to the campfire to sing a few classic camp favorites. Students were encouraged here to keep their eyes and ears open this week - God has important things to teach them!
