Qualities/Expectations of a Potential Inspiration Point Staff Member

  • Love the Lord, living your life for Him.
  • Love the Lord's people – especially His kids.
  • Hold God's Word, the Bible, as the final and authoritative guide for faith and conduct. Inspiration Point staff members must believe that the Bible is the Word of God — free from error.
  • Uphold Inspiration Point's 6 Core Values:

  • Be committed to the safety of others and self.
  • Be a person with grit. Serving the Lord at Inspiration Point is both hard and worthwhile.
  • Have a servant's heart. Give yourself to the ministry of serving others before yourself.
  • Be passionate about proclaiming the Gospel.
  • Complaining, gossip, sarcasm, moodiness, pettiness, comparison, and negativity have no place in the Inspiration Point culture.  Don't be someone who gets caught in those traps.
  • Treat all people with the respect, love, forgiveness, and encouragement they deserve as God's children.
  • Be ready to follow directions, correction, guidelines, and Inspiration Point leadership.
  • Be a doer (giver vs. taker).
  • Lean into the Lord and count on Him for strength and guidance. Spend time with Him by reading His Word and going to Him in prayer.
